After having enjoyed over 24 years in this business, I have learned a lot. First and foremost, a client is not just looking for a home, they are seeking a lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, the floor plan, kitchen and garage are all important features, but the ultimate goal is finding the home that allows the client to enjoy the lifestyle they seek. That means a match of neighborhood, community, location, amenities and budget. Northern Colorado offers so much to do for individuals and families alike, being house rich but too tight on budget to enjoy weekend and vacation time is rarely a happy trade-off. You can have it all, but keep in mind that you may have to deliberate on what "all" is for you.
I have won a number of prestigious awards including being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and winning the coveted 5 Star Professional award . I have earned many designations and worked in both training and management in addition to sales. I believe in a holistic approach and am most happy when I find a home that best suits my clients lifestyle, finances and spatial needs.
